some of the greatest filmmakers were influenced by sergio leone movies like Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino. plus, the heroes always fight on the good side and they are not afraid to do what has to be done to make things right.

That's crap crocketteer. Spaghettis didn't wreck the soul of America; they took a genre held close to its heart and got the world interested in it again. However, some things had to change, like the hero. Just because the mindset of a generation changes so as not to accept an older definition of 'hero', doesn't mean it's any less valid. The true, selfless hero doesn't exist, and that allowed the much more realistic anti-hero to come into being. I love westerns, and these are among my favourites.

Dumbass spaghetti westerns have done more to wreck the soul of America - than nearly anything in entertainment. Ruined a generation of young filmgoers with the psychotic music and back stabbibg rapists as "heroes"
